Production takes place on the Oliveira and Claros-Montes farms due to their soil conditions (clay soils with a fine texture and richer in nutrients and organic matter). Most of the production is destined to feed the animals.

We produce sorghum, wheat and a mixture of oat and vetch, in order to obtain grain as well as straw and hay. The grain is either milled to feed the cattle or used in next year’s seeding, and the overproduction is sold.
